Larimer 17 is the repositioning of an existing office lobby and retail space to create a vibrant and active interior amenity for the building and its surrounding neighborhood. A vacant corner ground-floor retail space was reimagined as a coffee operator and flexible office collaboration space, featuring clearer wayfinding and supporting amenity spaces. The result is a lively ground floor experience with modern finishes, unique tile/wood applications, natural lighting, and a sustainable interior environment
