This multi-phased project involved creating a new front door and a positive identity for the Community College of Denver on the Auraria campus. Previously housed in the nondescript South Classroom Building, the college was not a campus destination, and the facility did not present CCD as the incredible institution that it is. The creation of the Confluence building provided CCD with up to date facilities that quickly became a campus destination. The updated facilities brought the institution into the current era, giving it a positive Image, and created the spaces necessary to attract, engage and retain students.
