The Stockman is an on-mountain Auberge Resort being developed by Alterra Mountain Company. It is a complex mixed-use site housing hotel rooms, branded residences, a destination spa, ski run services, a slopeside restaurant/ bar, underground parking, and luxury guest amenities with an active pedestrian connection to Steamboat’s base area. The project is pending a permit, with the aim of starting construction in the Spring of 2026.
