The Stockman, Auberge Collection

The Stockman is an on-mountain Auberge Resort being developed by Alterra Mountain Company. It is a complex mixed-use site housing hotel rooms, branded residences, a destination spa, ski run services, slopeside restaurants and bars, underground parking, and luxury guest amenities with an active pedestrian connection to Steamboat’s base area. Construction started infall 2026, and the site is anticipated to be completed in 2030.
