Village at Winter Park

Winter Park has long been a top destination for Colorado skiers. When the City of Denver teamed up with Intrawest Placemaking, the vision expanded into a full-service, year-round resort. At the center of it all is the Winter Park Village Core—a vibrant base village surrounded by condos, townhomes, and hotels. OZ helped shape this new core with a welcoming arrival plaza, structured parking, a waterfront plaza, a family swim center, and a Main Street lined with shops and dining. Designed to hold its own against heavyweights like Vail and Beaver Creek, the project reflects Denver’s ambition to elevate Winter Park into a modern, competitive mountain resort—without losing its laid-back charm.
