The six-story building is conveniently located between the Swedish Medical Center and I-285, with easy access to pharmacy and post-acute rehabilitation services.. The building features an underground parking garage, two private courtyards, and several on-site amenities including a café, club room, salon, fitness center, activity kitchen, and library. One of the highlights of the project is the sixth-floor dining room which has unobstructed, panoramic views of the mountains.
