Atria Englewood

Atria was designed with the active senior in mind; and provides a variety of activities for the residents, while also considering their comfort, security and dignity. By blending modern sensibilities with the practical needs of an aging community, Atria Englewood is helping usher in the new era of senior residential design. The six-story building is conveniently located between the Swedish Medical Center and I-285, with easy access to pharmacy and post-acute rehabilitation services. The building features an underground parking garage, two private courtyards, and several on-site amenities including a café, club room, salon, fitness center, activity kitchen, and library. One of the highlights of the project is the sixth-floor dining room which has unobstructed, panoramic views of the mountains.
