Changbaishan Ski Resort

An all-season resort, Changbaishan is located just 50 kilometers from the iconic Changbaishan Mountain-capped by the Heavenly Lake caldera. The area is a national treasure, and China is seeking a UNESCO Heritage Designation. Offering spectacular views of the ski mountain and valley views of two planned golf courses designed by Jack Nicholas and Robert Trent Jones Jr., the resort features five international hotels and is gaining recognition for its location and amenities. OZ designed several buildings including a 400-room IHG Holiday Inn hotel with a 57,000 sf conference center, restaurant and bar, fitness center, full service spa, and indoor/outdoor swimming pools. The hotel located at the base of the mountain also has ski-in and ski-out access.
