Avanti Boulder

After opening their first location in Denver, Avanti selected OZ to design another collective food eatery off Pearl Street in Boulder. We were tasked with transforming the first and fourth floors of an existing mixed-use building from office space into a truly unique dining experience. We designed this modern food hall to have a uniquely Boulder feel, while staying true to the original Avanti concept and experience.

Avanti Boulder houses 6 restaurant concepts within modified shipping containers, offering everything from sandwiches and pizza to Moroccan and Taiwanese cuisine. The first floor includes 5 of these restaurants, as well as an expansive bar area. The fourth floor contains another restaurant with a full bar, large dining area, and exterior lounge offering stunning views of the Flatirons and downtown.
