OZ created the master plan and vision for this two-block destination for Crescent Real Estate LLC, capturing the city's unique style and attitude and shaping a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub. The Crescent Hotel honors its world-class neighbors—a bold yet understated design, with a modern aesthetic of simplicity and elegance. A glass-and-metal corner jewel box contrasts with refined brick façades, nodding to the district’s history. An inviting glass and steel entry vestibule leads to the lobby, lounge, and restaurant bar with an unexpected grand outdoor courtyard, conference center, and restaurant. At its heart, a lush courtyard offers intimate seating, dining, and event space—transforming seamlessly for conferences, music, and weddings. The design of the Crescent Hotel makes it a place for visitors to linger and experience the “living room” of Fort Worth.
