Fort Worth Cultural District Hotel

Crescent Fort Worth is a luxury mixed-use development in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District, a vibrant and historic area that is already home to icons like the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. OZ master planned the two-block development for Crescent Real Estate LLC, including this 200-room luxury hotel as well as an OZ designed Class A office building.

The Cultural District Hotel complements the striking architecture of the adjacent Kimbell and the Modern Art Museum without overpowering their unique designs. OZ crafted a contemporary style with materials and forms focused on simplicity and elegance. Elements include a corner glass and metal jewel box expression, flanked by orderly brick facades that call out the history of the district. An inviting glas­s and steel entry vestibule leads to the lobby, lounge, and restaurant bar with an unexpected grand outdoor courtyard, conference center, and restaurant. The lush courtyard provides a respite from the bustle of the area, creating intimate seating and dining spaces that can transition into a large event space for the conference center, music, or weddings.
