Crescent Fort Worth is a luxury mixed-use development in the heart of the city’s Cultural District, home to icons like the Kimbell and Modern Art Museum. OZ masterplanned the two-block development for Crescent Real Estate LLC, designing both the 200-room hotel and a Class A office building. The hotel’s design honors its world-class neighbors—bold yet understated, with a modern aesthetic rooted in simplicity and elegance. A glass-and-metal corner jewel box contrasts with refined brick façades, nodding to the district’s history. Guests arrive through a sleek glass-and-steel vestibule leading to a vibrant lobby, lounge, and restaurant. At its heart, a lush courtyard offers intimate seating, dining, and event space—transforming seamlessly for conferences, music, and weddings.
