GOAT

The Goat is a one-of-a-kind a space that goes beyond traditional apartment amenities. Residents can grab a drink to go at the coffee outpost, sit down for lunch at the restaurant inside, or get some work done at the coworking space nearby. The Goat’s exterior also offers a pool, volleyball courts, outdoor games, and a dog park.

OZ re-imagined the resident experience, seamlessly blending outdoor and indoor activities. The Goat is a place to gather with friends for a game of Scrabble, relax by the pool, meet for drinks, or fit in a workout at the CODE fitness center. OZ incorporated a modern, sleek design throughout the space, while keeping the atmosphere light and playful.
