The concept for INDUSTRY comes from merging two worlds. The gritty industrial background of the area with the vibrant, close-knit intimacy of the West Village. INDUSTRY combines the history with the growing residential quality of the area to create a development that is unique to Denver.

The first phase at INDUSTRY was an office development that consists of 65 companies sharing office space and amenities.
