A former duct and sheet metal factory built in 1947 is climbing to greater heights, thanks to our adaptive reuse expertise. OZ worked to salvage the bowstring-truss roof on the north side, the tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and concrete floors within. Dedicated to bouldering, we collaborated with nationally-recognized climber and Boulder architect Jamie Logan for the interior. Ceiling skylights flood the space with natural light and Movement’s signature stadium seating allows for great viewing, especially when hosting national competitions.
Located in the same complex as Improper City, this intentional tenant mix of tenants drives local, community-oriented opportunities that help preserve the outdoors and active lifestyles, and promote the artistic, small-business mentality that thrives in RiNo.
