The development includes four distinct buildings: North and South Private Residences, the welcoming Lobby Building, and a five-star hotel offering a mix of for-sale and for-rent options. Guests and residents enjoy 50 hotel rooms, branded residences, a luxurious spa and fitness center, restaurants, and an après-ski lounge. With a riparian corridor linking the Gondola Plaza to Village Pond Plazas, the project prioritizes luxury and natural connectivity.
