Riverpoint

As an extension of the newly completed Platte Fifteen development, Crescent Real Estate continued its collaboration with OZ to reimagine “Riverpoint,” an existing mass-timber building adjacent to historic REI and facing the Platte River along Shoemaker Plaza. An addition planned to connect directly to the existing five-story building will make the total project approximately 196,000 sf. The project is being designed to respect the original architecture and emphasize Confluence Park's active surrounding environment. Full glazing and staggered patios facing the Platte River create one-of-a-kind views and sought-after exterior amenities. Along the façade of the building, a playful reinterpretation of the current window pattern will create an active highlight for the public eye. A covered paseo entry along 15th Street will serve as an office entry and pedestrian connection through the site.
