Riverpoint

As an extension of the newly completed Platte Fifteen development, Crescent Real Estate continued their collaboration with OZ to reimagine “Riverpoint”, an existing mass-timber building adjacent to historic REI and facing the Platte River along Shoemaker Plaza. With an addition planned to connect directly to the existing five-story building, the total project is approximately 196,000 sf.

The project is being designed to respect the original architecture and place emphasis on the active surrounding environment of Confluence Park. Full glazing and staggered patios facing the Platte River create one-of-a-kind views and sought-after exterior amenity.

Along the façade of the building, a playful reinterpretation of the current window pattern will create an active highlight for the public eye. A covered paseo entry along 15th Street will serve as an office entry as well as pedestrian connection through the site.
