As leader of OZ’s Interior Design studio, Tracy takes an active role in designing a wide variety of projects. She brings a fresh perspective, experienced project management skills, and skilled charrette facilitation to bring client goals and vision to the forefront early
in the process. Tracy’s more than 20 years as a designer has made her a valued mentor for both design teams and individual staff members.
