David Schafer, AIA, LEED AP

Principal | Architecture

Dave’s ability to facilitate a true integrated design process by enabling an open exchange among designers, engineers, consultants and clients is rare. He creates a fully collaborative environment that fosters open communication, a true team focus and the discovery of project synergies that encourage sustainable design principles to flourish. Dave contributes this talent to many of OZ’s more complex project types, for higher education, corporate and healthcare clients. He serves as a board member on the City of Boulder’s Board of Zoning Adjustments.
